132.— (6) Any party to a petition may appeal on a questionof law to the Supreme Court against a decision of the High Court on thepetition and subject to the foregoing the decision of the High Court shall befinal and not appealable.

Third Schedule

18. (1) At any stageof the trial of a petition the court may, if it so thinks proper, on its own motionor on the application of any party to the petition, state a case for theopinion of the Supreme Court on any question of law arising at the trial.
