Chapter VII

Nomination and Declaration ofHluttaw Candidates, and Appointment of

Election Agent

27.          (a)      A person dissatisfied with the orderpassed under Section 26 has the right to appeal to                             the relevant Region or StateSub-commission in the prescribed manner.

(b)          Thedecision of the relevant Region or State Sub-commission shall be final andconclusive with the exception of the provision of Section 53.

Chapter XI

Powers of the Commission

53.          TheCommission has the power to call for the proceedings and documents of eachSub-commission relating to election matters suo motu as it deems fit,study and decide as may be necessary. Such decision shall be final andconclusive.
