Article83 (1) The state fee consists of a sum of moneycharged by the courts on the basis of the law of to as a state revenue from thepersons for whose benefit the court procedures are undertaken in the course ofthe examination of civil cases or who are given the copies of the documents ofthe case

 

(2) The amount of the state fee forproperty claims is determined by the nature and amount of the claim, andnon-property claims in other cases provided by law, a fixed amount inaccordance with the Law on State Fee
