Section7 – Right of Audience:

“(1) In allproceedings before the Court, theparties may appear in person or be represented on appeal by any person whois entitled to practise as a barrister in the State in which the appeal aroseor is being heard.

(2) In allproceedings before the Registrar or the Registrar of the court below, and inall preliminary and interlocutory proceedings and applications except such asare heard before the Court, the parties thereto may be represented and appearby a barrister or by a solicitor entitled to practise in the State in which theproceeding arose or is being heard.”
