Article 34: Appeal lodge
2. If it is an appeal against theadmission of any candidacy, the appealed court shall immediately cause the agents of the correspondent list to be notified, sothey, the candidates or the proposing political parties may, if they wish todo so, respond within a time limit of twenty-four hours.
3. If it is an appeal against thenon-admission of any candidacy, the appealed court shall immediately cause theentity which has contested its admission in accordance with the article 30, ifthere is one, to be notified, so it may, if it wishes to do so, respond within a timelimit of twenty-four hours.
2- Tratando-se de recurso contraa admiss?o de qualquer candidatura, o tribunal recorrido manda notificarimediatamente o mandat?rio da respectiva lista, para este, os candidatos ou ospartidos políticos proponentes responderem, querendo, no prazo de vinte equatro horas.
3- Tratando-se de recurso contraa n?o admiss?o de qualquer candidatura, o tribunal recorrido manda notificarimediatamente a entidade que tiver impugnado a sua admiss?o nos termos doartigo 30?, se a houver, para responder, querendo, no prazo de vinte e quatrohoras.
