Article Nine – bis (b)
Any challenge to a decision issued by the objections committeereferred to in article nine – bis shall be deposited with the AdministrativeCourt within seven days of the publication of the candidate lists and the courtshall adjudicate the challenge without presenting it to the State
Delegates Commission within 7 days at most.
A stay of execution regarding the ruling of the AdministrativeCourt is not permitted to any other body, unless the Supreme AdministrativeCourt issues a stay of execution.
