'Article 159

Content of decisions of the Electoral College

1.Adecision of the Electoral College consists of an introduction, a descriptive-reasoningsection, and a section that includes the court order.

2. The introduction of the decision mentions:a) the court, panel of judges, and the secretary; b) the time and place thedecision was announced; c) the parties, indicating their identity and theirrole as plaintiff,

defendant, interested party, as well as theirrepresentatives;

?) the object of the court complaint; and d)final requests of the parties. 3. The descriptive-reasoning section of the decision mentions: a) thecircumstances of the case, as they have been found during

theproceedings and the conclusions drawn by the court; b) the evidence and reasonssupporting the decision; and c) the legal provisions supporting the decision. 4. The section of thedecision that includes the court order mentions, inter alia: a) what thecourt has decided; and b) when appropriate, who is responsible for bearing thecourt costs.

5. The decision is accompanied by theminority opinion or the

Concurring opinion signed by the judges whosupport it.'

Please observe thatthere is not any specific provision for the appeal process that makes suchprocess different that the one that would take place for “challenges toelection results”. Besides, other appeal mechanism may take place if the“gender equality” (art.175 abovementioned for “first instance mechanismsection”) applies
