? 302.  Powers and duties of the NationalElection Director.

     The National ElectionDirector shall have responsibility for the overall supervision andadministration of all National elections, and shall perform such duties as areprescribed by law, which include, but are not limited to following:

   (6)     to review andinvestigate all voting and registration irregularities, and any other allegedviolations of this title;

The EDR process for candidate registrationis not clearly specified in the electoral legislation. However, NationalElection Director has an overall supervision of the election processes.
