Time
Article 30: Complaints
1. Candidates, their agents and the political parties which arecompeting for election in the constituency may complaint about the judgedecisions on the submission of candidacies before the very same judge within atime limit of two days after the publication mentioned the previous article.
2. In case it is acomplaint against the submission of any candidacy, the judge shall immediatelycause the agent of the correspondent list to be notified, so they may, if theywish to do so, respond within a time limit of twenty-four hours.
3. In case it is a complaint against the non-submission of any candidacy,the judge shall immediately cause the agents of the remaining lists, even ifnot admitted, to be notified, so they may, if they wish to do so, respondwithin a time limit of twenty-four hours.
4 The judge shall decide within the time limit of forty-eighthours after the end of the time limit mentioned in the previous paragraphs.
5. When there are no complaints, or after the decision on thelodged ones, the judge shall cause a complete relation of all the admittedlists to be affixed to the court door.

2- Tratando-se dereclama??o apresentada contra a admiss?o de qualquer candidatura, o juiz mandanotificar imediatamente o mandat?rio da respectiva lista para responder,querendo, no prazo de vinte e quatro horas.
3- Tratando-se dereclama??o apresentada contra a n?o admiss?o de qualquer candidatura, o juizmanda notificar imediatamente os mandat?rios das restantes listas, ainda quen?o admitidas, para responderem, querendo, no prazo de vinte e quatro horas.
4- O juiz devedecidir no prazo de vinte e quatro horas a contar do termo do prazo previstonos n?meros anteriores.
5- Quando n?o hajareclama??es, ou decididas as que tenham sido apresentadas, o juiz manda afixar? porta do edif?cio do tribunal uma rela??o completa de todas as listas admitidas.
Article 32: Appeal before the Constitutional Court
2.The appeal must be lodged within a time limit of two days, after the dayof lists affixation mentioned in the nr 5 of the article 30.
2- O recurso deve serinterposto no prazo de dois dias, a contar da data da afixa??o das listas a quese refere o n? 5 do artigo 30?.
Article 34: Appeal lodging
2. If it is an appeal against theadmission of any candidacy, the appealed court shall immediately cause the agents of the correspondent list to be notified, sothey, the candidates or the proposing political parties may, if theywish to do so, respond within a time limit of twenty-four hours.
3.If it is an appeal against the non-admission of any candidacy, the appealedcourt shall immediately cause the entity which has contested its admission inaccordance with the article 30, if there is one, to be notified, so it may, ifit wishes to do so, respond within a time limit oftwenty-four hours.
2- Tratando-se derecurso contra a admiss?o de qualquer candidatura, o tribunal recorrido mandanotificar imediatamente o mandat?rio da respectiva lista, para este, oscandidatos ou os partidos políticos proponentes responderem, querendo, no prazode vinte e quatro horas.
3- Tratando-se derecurso contra a n?o admiss?o de qualquer candidatura, o tribunal recorridomanda notificar imediatamente a entidade que tiver impugnado a sua admiss?o nostermos do artigo 30?, se a houver, para responder, querendo, no prazo de vintee quatro horas.
Article 35: Decision
1. The Constitutional Court sitting in plenary shall take thedefinitive decision on the appeal within the limit of forty-eight hoursfollowing the reception of the court file mentioned in the previous article,and shall communicate its decision to the judge on the same day.
1- O TribunalConstitucional, em plen?rio, decide definitivamente no prazo de quarenta e oitohoras a contar da data da recep??o dos autos prevista no artigo anterior,comunicando telegraficamente a decis?o, no pr?prio dia, ao juiz.

Article 23: Submission of Candidacies
2. The submission shall be done until the 41st.day before the scheduled elections day before the judge from thejurisdiction with headquarters at the capital of the constituency.

Article 30: Complaints

Article 34: Appeal lodge
1.The request to lodge the appeal, which must include its arguments, shall be deliveredin the court which took the appealed decision, and shall carry all the evidence elements.
4.The appeal ascends to the Constitutional Court in its own court files.

Article 35: Decision
1. The Constitutional Court sitting in plenary shall takethe definitive decision on the appeal within the limit of forty-eight hoursfollowing the reception of the court file mentioned in the previous article,and shall communicate its decision to the judge on the same day.
