Questions as toelected members to be determined by High Court
82(1) All questions which may arise from any election as to the right of anyperson to be or remain an elected member of the National Parliament shall bereferred to and determined by the Court on a petition presented by theAttorney-General or by an elector, in accordance with the procedure prescribedby Rules made under section 85 for the presentation and hearing of an electionpetition and the decision of the Court on any such petition shall be final andshall not be questioned in any other proceedings.
