Article 31: Provincial Supervision Committees in accordance to thearticle 52 of the law shallinvestigate and examine the submitted complaints of the disqualified candidateswithin 7 days.
Article 34: Allthe disqualified candidates by the Executive Committees who are alsodisqualified by the Central Supervision Committee or candidates who arequalified by the Executive Committee but disqualified by the CentralSupervision Committee in accordance to the provisions 2 and 3 of the article 52of the law can declaretheir complaints to the Council of the Guardians directly or through theProvincial Supervision Committee within 24 hours after receiving theirdisqualification.

Provision 3: TheCouncil of the Guardians within 7 days of receiving each reinvestigationrequest will reinvestigate the qualification of the candidate and will reportthe results to the General Elections Headquarters of the Interior Ministry.
