Section 214
The election commission shalladjudge objections within three days of receipt – or, in case of referredobjections, within three days of receipt by the election commission with competencein the matter.
Section 224
(1)Appeals and requests for judicial review shall be submitted to the electioncommission that issued the challenged resolution.
(2)Appeals and requests for judicialreview shall be submittedso that they are received by the election commission defined in (1) on or before the third day afterthe adoption of the contested resolution.
Section 227
(1) The requests for judicialreview and the entire case file shall be referred by the election office by09:00 on the day following the day they are received to the court withcompetence in adjudging the case.

(2) Applications for judicialreview shall be adjudged by the court within three days from receipt.The provisions of the Act on the Code of Civil Procedure regarding publicadministration lawsuits shall be applied in judicial proceedings mutatismutandis, subject to the exceptions set out in this Act.
