Art. 82 (2)& (3): The candidate or the political party/group that have applied toparticipate in the election may file a complaint before the ConstitutionalCouncil within three days from the date of notification of the decisionrejecting his/its candidacy. The Constitutional Council shall issue a decisionwithin three days from the date the complaint is filed.

If theConstitutional Council does not issue a decision within the above-mentioneddeadline, the candidacy shall be accepted.

Art. 100 : TheConstitutional Council shall rule by a reasoned decision within fifteen daysfrom the date the complaint was filed.
