? Article 63: Time for candidate to review hisor her dossier in case of disqualification before announcement of final listBefore publication of the final list of candidates,
? a candidate whose candidature is disqualified by the National ElectoralCommission shall be informed in writing, and shall be given time to review hisor her dossier with evidence upon which the decision was taken. This is done innot less than two (2) days before the final list is published.
The National Electoral Commissionshall approve and announce the final list of candidates at least seven days (7)before commencement of election campaigns.
- Article 85: Timing of appeals related to candidancies
Any complaint relating to acandidature shall be lodged with the Supreme Court at the latest forty-eight(48) hours after the publication of the lists of candidates. The Supreme Courtshall rule on the case within a period of five (5) days following the day itwas filed. The complaint doesn’t in any way impede the electoral processunderway.
