2. Interpretation

(1) TheInterpretation Act shall apply to these rules as  if they were an Act.

(2) In theserules-

 “ Court ” means the Supreme Court of Barbados;

”Judge”  means a Judge of the Court, and includes theChief Justice ;

Petitions

8. Form of petition.

Every petitionshall be addressed “To the Supreme Court of Barbados “. It shall be in the formset out in Appendix B to these rules with such variations as the particularcircumstances may require.
