Art. LO. 178: In case of dispute regarding an act of the Minister in charge of elections issued according to articles L.172, L.173, L.175 and L.177, agents of lists of candidates may, within twenty-four (24) hours of notification or publication of the decision, appeal to the Constitutional Council which shall decide within three (03) days after the submission of the complaint.

(? En cas de contestation d’un acte du Ministre Charg? des Elections pris en application des articles L172, L173, L175 et L177, les mandataires des listes de candidats peuvent, dans les vingt quatre (24) heures suivant la notification de la d?cision ou sa publication, se pourvoir devant le conseil constitutionnel qui statue dans les (03) trois jours qui suivent celui de l’enregistrement de la requ?te. ?)
