62.1     A person who has been denied the right toregister as a nominee (candidate) shall immediately present a complaint to theregional electoral office, which shall respond to the complaint withinforty-eight hours;

62.2     If not satisfied by the regional electoraloffice’s decision, the person shall appeal to the Supreme Court. The SupremeCourt shall issue a prompt and final decision.
