Art. 31 (2) & (4) : In case of disputesregarding the registration of candidates for presidential and parliamentaryelections, the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, the politicalparties or candidates can lodge a complaint within twenty four hours and theConstitutional Court shall decide without delay.

The Constitutional Court shall issue a decisionwithout delay, in any case before the opening of the election campaign.

(? En cas decontestation au sujet de l'enregistrement des candidatures aux ?lectionspr?sidentielles et l?gislatives, le Président de la Commission ElectoraleNationale Ind?pendante, les partis politiques ou les candidats saisissent dansles vingt quatre heures la Cour Constitutionnelle qui statue sans d?lai.

La CourConstitutionnelle statut sans d?lai, en tout cas avant l'ouverture de lacampagne ?lectorale.?)
