Article 8:
5) Boarddecisions shall be published in the dailynewspapers for a period of at least three days both in Arabic and Kurdish.Appeals against such decisions must be submitted by the concerned politicalparty entity within three days starting from the last day of the publication of thedecision. Such appeals may be submitted to the National office or any electoraloffice in the region and governorates.
6) Theelectoral judicial panel must decide on an appeal within ten days of its referral by the board ofcommissioners.

There is no explicitmaximum time for processing the complaint as it depends on the day of referralby the board of commissioners.
