The decisions onregistration of MP candidates can be adjudicated on 2 levels. The decision onregistration is made by the circuit election commissions, whose decision can beappealed first to the CEC. The decision of the CEC can be further appealed inthe Supreme Court. The decisions on the registration of candidates for thePresident can be adjudicated only one level. The decision on registration ismade by the CEC, and can be later appealed to the Supreme Court.

The legislation doesnot specify within which timeframe CEC considers appeals against the decisionof the circuit commission on registration of candidates to the House of Representatives.

(timeframe for CEC decision)+3 days (appeal to SupremeCourt. SC) + 3(SC decision)= 6+…(timeframefor CEC decision)
