74. (1) Pursuantto Article 88 (4) (e) of the Constitution, the

Commissionshall be responsible for the settlement of electoral disputes, includingdisputes relating to or arising from nominations but excluding electionpetitions and disputes subsequent to the declaration of election results.

(2) Anelectoral dispute under subsection (1) shall be determined within seven days ofthe lodging of the dispute with the Commission.
