62.1 A person who has been denied the right toregister as a nominee (candidate) shall immediately present a complaint to theregional electoral office, which shall respond to the complaint withinforty-eight hours;
62.2 If not satisfied by the regional electoraloffice’s decision, the person shall appeal to the Supreme Court. The SupremeCourt shall issue a prompt and final decision.

Article 62.2 of the Elections Act provides that ‘If notsatisfied by the regional electoral office’s decision, the person shall appealto the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court shall issue a prompt and finaldecision.’ Notable is that there is no precise time limit with regards topromptness.
