Maximum adjudication time for the full EDR process (days)

Article 97-A. Pursuant to section LXXVIII of Article 5 of the Federal Constitution, reasonable duration for a claim that can result in loss of mandate shall be of a maximum of one (1) year of its submission to the Electoral Justice”.

While in the legislation certain procedures have aclear time limit, some others have not a specified time limit. Therefore, it is notpossible to identify maximum time for the whole process of the complaint resolution. But it has to be considered that even though all complaints are generally dealt with in a short period of time, according to the law (see source), 'reasonable duration for a claim that can result in loss of mandate shall be of a maximum of one (1) year of its submission'.
