CHAPTERVI: CHALLENGES

Article29:

TheLocal Court (Partial Court) Judge, within which the polling centre is located,shall consider all challenges related to the electoral process as a whole, and adjudicate on the challenge withinthree days from the date of submission. The ruling shall be substantiated. Thecomplainant may lodge an appeal against these decisions before the head of thePrimary Court or his/her delegate, within three days from the date of deliveryof the ruling, whichshall be adjudicated within three days. The ruling shall be final andbinding for the Commission to implement.
