Art. 211. (RESOLUCI?N).
“ElTribunal Supremo Electoral o el Tribunal Electoral Departamentalcorrespondiente, resolver? la demanda en el plazo de setenta y dos (72) horasde su presentaci?n. Los fallos expedidos por el ?rgano Electoral en estostr?mites, ser?n irrevisables y causar?n estado.”

TheSupreme Electoral Tribunal is competent to adjudicate petitions on candidatedisqualification and it shall issue a decision within 72 hours. Such judgmentscannot be appealed.
