Article5. 6. A decision on registration as an independentparticipant of the political campaign shall be taken by the Chairman of theCentral Electoral Commission or the Commission member authorised by him notlater than within 3 working days from the date of the receipt of all thedocuments referred to in this Article.

7. Refusal to register a person as anindependent political campaign participant must be justified. If a person doesnot agree with the adopted decision, he shall have the right to appeal againstthe said decision to the Central Electoral Commission. The Central ElectoralCommission must examine the decision within 3 working days. The decision of the CentralElectoral Commission may be appealed against to the Supreme AdministrativeCourt of Lithuania not later than within five working days from its adoption.
