Article 38. (1) A complaint against a resolution of or measure taken by an electoralcommittee may be filed with the Supreme Court after adjudication of the case inthe National Electoral Committee. The complaint shall be filed with the SupremeCourt through the National Electoral Committee within three days as of thedecision or measure of the National Electoral Committee being communicated orperformed.

(2) The National ElectoralCommittee shall forward complaints to the Supreme Court together with itswritten explanations not later than on the following working day.

Article 44. (1) The Court shall adjudicate a complaint against a decision of ormeasure taken by an electoral committee immediately but not later than withinseven working days after the receipt of the complaint in compliance with therequirements.
