Article26. (8) The decisions referred to in Items 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Paragraph(1), Items 5 and 6 of Paragraph (2), Items 4 and 5 of Paragraph (3), Items 6and 7 of Paragraph (4) and Items 2 of Paragraph (5), including the refusals ofregistration, shall be appealable before the Supreme Administrative Court careof the Central Election Commission within 24 hours after the communicationthereof. The Central Election Commission shall transmit the appeal to the Courtforthwith. The Supreme Administrative Court shall examine the complaint and shallpronounce by a judgment within 24 hours after the receipt of the said appeal,sitting in public session with the appellant, the Central Election Commissionand the persons concerned being summoned. The judgment of the court shall bemade public forthwith and shall be unappealable.
