The National Election Commission must pass aresolution on the objection within 48 hours from the day the objection has beenpresented, or form the day when the election materials have beendelivered, on which the objection is being related.

Article 87

Against theresolution of the National Election Commission the objection submitter isentitled to file a complaint to the Constitutional Court of the Republic ofCroatia.

The complaint shall be submitted to the ConstitutionalCourt of the Republic of Croatia through the National Election Commissionwithin 48 hours from the expiration of the day when the contested resolutionhas been received.

The Constitutional Court ofthe Republic of Croatia must pass a decision on the complaint within 48 hoursfrom the day of its receipt..
