It is hard toestimate how much time the whole process of complain would take for challengesto party and candidate registration. Timings are not stated within theElectoral Code for the first level of adjudication. It is not clear how longthe process take since the complaint is filed. It is also not clear whether the30 days rule described in Art.152 could apply for the challenges related toparty and candidate registration.
