Article 51. 9. Central election Commissionmakes the decision to register or refusal to register a candidate for Presidentof Ukraine within five days of receipt of the documents referred to in thisArticle. In the case specified in paragraph eight of this article, the CentralElection Commission makes the decision to register a candidate for President ofUkraine within five days after receiving the decision of the Supreme Court ofUkraine.

Article 172. 3. Decision, action or inactionof the Central Election Commission with regard the establishment of the resultsof elections or referendum can be appealed to the Supreme Administrative Courtof Ukraine. All other decisions, acts or omissions of the Central ElectionCommission or a member of the commission may be appealed to the Kyiv Administrative Court ofAppeal.
