“4) Should aproposal for a candidate for the presidential office be dismissed, the respectivecandidate can file a petition for a decision on admission of his/her proposalfor a candidate for the presidential office with the Supreme Court of theSlovak Republic. The petition can be filed within three days from the day ofdelivery of the notification sent by the chairman of the National Council ofthe Slovak Republic about dismissal of a proposal for a candidate for thepresidential office.
