PresidentialElection Act No 15, 1981

Section14

(2) Noobjection to a nomination paper shall be allowed unless it is made to theCommissioner between 8 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. on the day of nomination

 (5). The decision of the Commissioner ifdisallowing the objection taken on the ground referred to in paragraph (a) ofsubsection (1) for the decision of the Supreme Court.
