Article 63: Time for candidate to review his or her dossier in case ofdisqualification before announcement of final list

Before publication of the finallist of candidates, a candidate whose candidature is disqualified by theNational Electoral Commission shall be informed in writing, and shall be giventime to review his or her dossier with evidence upon which the decision wastaken. This is done in not less than two (2) days before the final list ispublished.

The National Electoral Commissionshall approve and announce the final list of candidates at least seven days (7)before commencement of election campaigns.
