1. Any person or political organization denied ofregistration for candidature shall have the right to lodge a complaint to theConstituency Grievance Hearing Committee and get a decision.
2. Any individualor political organization that objects to the registration of a candidate shallhave the right to lodge a complaint to the Constituency Grievance GearingCommittee and seek a decision.

Section 2 of the ElectoralLaw of Ethiopia Amendment Proclamation No.532/2007 defines a “Constituency GrievanceHearing Committee” as Grievance Hearing Committee” means a committee establishedin accordance with this Proclamation during elections to give administrativedecisions to complaints lodged at a regional electoral office, a constituencyand a polling station level. This is a committee established to decide onelection matters and thus it is more of an election tribunal.
