ﻟﻤﺎدّة 138 : ﻳﻔﺼـﻞ اﻟﻤﺠـﻠﺲ اﻟﺪﺳـﺘﻮري ﻓـﻲ ﺻـﺤﺔ اﻟﺘـﺮﺷﻴﺤﺎت ﻟﻤﻨﺼﺐ رﺋﻴﺲ اﻟﺠﻤﻬﻮرﻳﺔ ﺑﻘﺮار ﻓﻲ أﺟﻞ أﻗﺼﺎﻩ
ﻋﺸﺮة(10) أﻳﺎمآﺎﻣﻠﺔﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ إﻳﺪاع اﻟﺘﺼﺮﻳﺢ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺮﺷﺢ .
ﻳﺒﻠﻎ ﻗﺮار اﻟﻤﺠﻠﺲ اﻟﺪﺳﺘﻮري إﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﻌﻨﻲ ﺗﻠﻘﺎﺋﻴﺎ وﻓﻮر ﺻﺪورﻩ
Unofficial translation:
Article 138: the constitutional council is responsible for reviewingthe validity of nominations for position of the president of the republic.
The constitutional council can issue its decisionwithin 10 days from the date of filing the nomination application.

Articles132 – 145 stipulate procedures regarding presidential candidates. The candidatehas to fill his application in the constitutional council. All decisions byconstitutional council are final and hence there is no way forchallenging these decisions.
