Art. 27 (1): Thecompetent jurisdiction to rule on disputes related to the nomination ofcandidates is the Constitutional Court regarding presidential and legislativeelections.

Art. 107 (1) :The complaints and petitions on the validity of a candidacy (for presidentialelections) shall be brought before the Constitutional Court within 48 hoursfrom the publication or the notification of the decision of the NationalIndependent Electoral Commission.
