PART III THE EXECUTIVE

Executive authority

31.—(1) The executive authority ofMontserrat is vested in Her Majesty.

(2) Subject to this Constitution, theexecutive authority of Montserrat may be exercised on behalf of Her Majesty bythe Governor, either directly or through officers subordinate to him or her.

(3) Nothing in this section shalloperate so as to prejudice any law in force in Montserrat whereby functionsare, or may be, conferred on persons or authorities other than the Governor.
