Article 18. 2. The Central Election Commission shallsupervise the activity of election commissions.

Article 25. 2. The Central Election Commission shall carryout the following general duties:

25.2.2. consider within its authoritythe complaints related to violation of rules set forth in this Code, and makegrounded decisions.

25.2.4. supervise the activity ofConstituency and Precinct Election Commissions;

25.2.22. cancel illegal decisions of electioncommissions, present information to the relevant commission with regard to thechairmen and secretaries of the election commissions not appropriatelyfulfilling their responsibilities; and

There is nothingmentioned in the legislation that relates specifically to the issues related tocandidate registration, so we assume that the general provisions onadjudication of election related cases apply also for candidate registration.
