Article (64):
(a) Everyeligible voter shall have the right to protest against the nomination of anypresidential candidate if such nomination is in violation of the provisions ofArticle (107) of the Constitution. Candidates whose applications arerejected, shall have the right to submit grievance to this effect within (3)days following the announcement of presidential candidates. Protests and grievances may besubmitted to the joint Presidiums of the Parliament and the ConsultativeCouncil.
(b) The joint Presidiums shall review all contests and grievances and shalldecide on them immediately one day following the closing deadline for suchcomplaints.
(c) Decisions taken by the joint Presidiums may be disputed at the SupremeCourt with constitutional jurisdiction. The Court shall decide on these caseswithin (5) days following the joint Presidiums’ rulings.
