“4) Should aproposal for a candidate for the presidential office be dismissed, therespective candidate can file a petition for a decision on admission of his/herproposal for a candidate for the presidential office with the Supreme Court ofthe Slovak Republic. The petition can be filed within three days from the dayof delivery of the notification sent by the chairman of the National Council ofthe Slovak Republic about dismissal of a proposal for a candidate for thepresidential office.
