Art. LO. 122: The right to file a complaint regardingthe registration of a list of candidates is open to any candidate.

The complaints must be submitted to the ConstitutionalCouncil before the end of the day following the announcement of the list ofcandidates to the Court Registry. The Constitutional Council shall rule withoutdelay.
