Article 63: Time for candidate to review hisor her dossier in case of disqualification before announcement of final listBefore publication of the final list of candidates, a candidate whosecandidature is disqualified by the National Electoral Commission shall beinformed in writing, and shall be given time to review his or her dossier withevidence upon which the decision was taken. This is done in not less than two(2) days before the final list is published.
The National Electoral Commissionshall approve and announce the final list of candidates at least seven days (7)before commencement of election campaigns.
