Maximum complaint time since occurrence or discovery

Electoral Act 24 1992, 45(1) Any political party which is aggrieved by a decision of the Commission in connection with its application for registration, or its cancellation under the provisions of section 41(b) As a political party, may within 30 days after the political party has been notified of the said decision, appeal against that decision by way of application on notice of motion to the court.(2) The court shall enquire into and consider the matter and may confirm or set aside the decision of the Commission, and may make such order as to costs as it may deem fit.(3) Any judgement given or order made by the court in terms of subsection (2), shall be subject to appeal to the Supreme Court of Namibia on the same conditions as if it were a judgement given or order made in a civil proceeding in the court.http://www.scribd.com/doc/16633875/Electoral-Act-24-of-1992
