Art. 31 (2) : In case of disputes regarding theregistration of candidates for presidential and parliamentary elections, theChairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, the politicalparties or candidates can lodge a complaint within twenty four hours and theConstitutional Court shall decide without delay.
