“4) Should aproposal for a candidate for the presidential office be dismissed, therespective candidate can file a petition for a decision on admission of his/herproposal for a candidate for the presidential office with the Supreme Court ofthe Slovak Republic. Thepetition can be filed within three days from the day of delivery of thenotification sent by the chairman of the National Council of the SlovakRepublic about dismissal of a proposal for a candidate for the presidentialoffice.
