Article (64):
(a) Every eligible voter shall have the right to protest againstthe nomination of any presidential candidate if such nomination is in violationof the provisions of Article (107) of the Constitution. Candidates whoseapplications are rejected, shallhave the right to submit grievance to this effect within (3) days following theannouncement of presidential candidates. Protests and grievances may besubmitted to the joint Presidiums of the Parliament and the ConsultativeCouncil.
