Maximum complaint time since announcement of election results

Art. 103: In case acandidacy is rejected, the Independent National Electoral Commission must issuea reasoned decision referring to all points of non-compliance with theConstitution and the Electoral Code. Within two days after the notification ofthe decision, any complaint may be brought to the Constitutional Court, whichhas a period of eight days to issue a final decision.
