Art. 174: The rightto file a complaint against any candidacy is open to any political partyparticipating in that election.

The complaints mustbe submitted to the Registry of the Constitutional Court before the end of theday following the posting of the list of candidates.

The ConstitutionalCourt shall decide without delay.
