The Electorallaw does not provide the maximum time allotment to file a complaint with thefirst instance body.

?        Article 94

5/ Any person orpolitical organization denied of registration for candidature shall have theright to lodge a complaint to the Constituency Grievance Hearing Committee andget a decision.

6/ Anyindividual or political organization that objects to the registration of acandidate shall have the right to lodge a complaint to the ConstituencyGrievance Gearing Committee and seek a decision.

12/ A complaintabout denial of registration for candidature of a political organization or a privatecandidate shall be lodged until the end of the registration of candidates.

13/ A complaintabout objection to the registration for candidature shall be lodged in theperiod between the beginning of candidates’ registrations up to the official announcementof registered candidates

44/ Place ofCandidates' Registration Registration of candidates shall be carried out in constituenciesin accordance with the timetable for candidates' registration to be issued bythe Board.
